General FAQ
- Recorded Books are now available on audio files.
- The files are in WMA format and require Microsoft Media Player 9 or higher to activate each file.
- Titles include existing Recorded Books titles including Pimsleur language files and the Bible, over 850 titles are available to start with additional titles added monthly.
What are the requirements?

- A Home Computer or a Computer not attached to a library
- An Operating System running Microsoft Windows Media Player 9 or higher.
- A supported WMA player or device. Apple iPods are not supported at this time
- A DSL/Cable connection or other High Speed Internet access.
How does this work?
- Create an account in NetLibrary
- Search for titles
- Download to your Computer
- Copy to WMA Device and activate using Microsoft Media Player
- Keep out for up to 21 days
- After 21 days it will remove itself; no need to return it
Troubleshooting
- The latest web browsers, such as Internet Explorer or Firefox, are recommended. Some features may not be available with older browsers.
- Cookies and Javascript must be enabled in your web browers settings
- Security settings in your web browser should be set no higher than Medium.
- Firewall and filtering software can create connectivity issues. Some adjustments in your settings might be necessary. Some online resources require that referring url's be accepted by the firewall.
- Clear your Temporary Files or cache.
